Everyone is welcome in this full-body flow. It is especially intended for you if
1) You have a desire to move after a period of stillness.
2) You are working through any kind of emotion. Emotions need motion!
God created our bodies to move and breathe. Consider how breath and movement are yoked together in your body. Trina guides you through this flow a few times so you can get used to how it feels and then ends the class with a few standing stretches.
